Ken-B: Review: “Outstanding Colonial Calm”

- I have visited Singapore many times both for business and pleasure. Having only visited the Raffles for lunch it was on my bucket list as i love to stay in the old world style hotels. We booked a junior suite for 4 days which is reasonably expensive but from the moment you arrive and until you leave the experience is first class! They check you in like you are royalty and the ambiance surround by beautiful gardens you feel like you staying on an old planation mansion with a group of old friends . You completely forget the hustle and bustle of the major city surrounding you and you can relax and enjoy feeling like you are staying with Raffles himself .

Paul H: Review: Raffles - A Short Stay Holiday Experience”

- Overall an excellent Hotel experience. The levels of service and attention to detail were second to none. Food generally was very good although our dining experience at the Raffles Grill was at best average. Breakfast and dinner at the Raffles Courtyard on the other hand were considered an overall better dining experience.

Jean H: Review: "Heavenly perfection"

What is there to say about the mythical Raffles..?
This new visit was exactly as expected, perfect. There is not really anything bad to say about this place. It is indeed one of the "grande old dames" of the East, conjuring the souvenirs of another era.

What sets the Raffles really in a different category is service, which is really outstanding yet always very warm. Professional without being rigid.

For sure there are probably more modern places in Singapore, but modernity is not what you seek here. It is all about atmosphere and service, and a certain sense of comfort.

Definitely worth visiting on a regular basis!
For once, a hotel lives up to its motto of "being your home away from home"
